Why we do this

We just can’t believe the enormous amounts of frozen foods that fail to reach the destinations they were carefully grown, harvested and processed for. But we do believe we can make a difference by creating new markets for problematic foods and keep them for human consumption - instead of them disappearing into biomass energy generators and industrial fermentation tanks or ending up as animal feed.
